Position Summary:
M Financial is partnering with The Robinson Group (https://rfginsure.com/) to hire an experienced and tenacious Financial Professional who can work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role requires the ability to acquire and develop long-term relationships with clients through a comprehensive planning approach to address their complex financial and insurance needs.
Also included with this opportunity: mentorship with a veteran sales and support team, access to tailored coaching and training through M Financial’s esteemed two-year Magnet Program, as well as exclusive access to M’s proprietary insurance products.
We are offering a salary of $60k-$75k plus commissions to start. This will be an in-office role; however, you will be asked to travel to a client from time to time.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Schedule and attend meetings to understand clients' financial needs and objectives.
• Provide professional financial advice and recommend suitable financial and insurance products to clients.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of clients' existing portfolios and provide recommendations.
• Expand client base through prospecting activities.
• Assist clients throughout the claims process.
• Work effectively with the office team to support clients' needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on economic indicators and industry trends.
• Update and maintain financial databases.
• Acquire additional licenses and certifications as required.
• Must be willing to pursue professional designations such as CLU; ChFC; CFP; etc.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years’ experience in the life insurance industry, client acquisition, and consultative sales experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of working with autonomy, independence, initiative, and tenacious perseverance.
• High levels of professional ethics and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb time management skills.
• Holds Life and Health License, required
• Completed SIE prerequisite, required
